Don’t try to work out every day because your body needs time to recover.
  • Get your five a day – The Australian government has been pushing this initiative for many years now and it is entirely up to you to make sure that you get your five a day in the form of fruit and vegetables. This will help you to increase your energy levels and hopefully, you can work out for longer and lose the excess weight that you have been carrying.
  • No more sugary drinks – These drinks are laced with sugar which causes inflammation in the body and is definitely not good for you. Even diet drinks contain harmful substitutes so if you’re feeling thirsty then always reach for water every single time. It is easy to add some lemon juice or orange juice to make it taste better.
  • Do it with a friend – If you are working out and dieting all by yourself, it can be easy to become de-motivated and to stop living your new healthy life. If you do it with a friend then they can help to motivate you and push you onwards to your fitness goal.
