This notice is intended to describe my personal experience and summarize information contained in publicly available court records concerning Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC.
Based on my experience as a creditor, together with the information reflected in the relevant court filings, I have decided to end any business relationship with Dan Kaminski and entities associated with him.
As a judgment creditor of Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC, I am providing the following background for informational and due diligence purposes.
1. Background
According to my experience and the allegations that formed the basis of the dispute, investor funds were used by Dan Kaminski for personal purposes while he was acting as General Partner. Following the matter, Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC entered into a Promissory Note.
The Promissory Note formally documented the debt owed to the limited partners and the obligation to repay the capital involved.
Information Reflected in Supreme Court Records
The legal proceeding was initiated through a motion for summary judgment in lieu of a complaint. The case addressed amounts claimed to be outstanding under the Promissory Note.
The court determined that Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC were jointly and severally responsible for the unpaid debt.
On July 29, 2025, the court granted the motion after the defendants opposed the requested relief.
Following the decision, the Supreme Court of the State of New York entered two judgments:
Judgment 1: $159,541.86, including the principal amount, accrued interest, and taxed costs.
Judgment 2: $26,083.34, including attorneys’ fees and related legal expenses following a fees inquest held on October 3, 2025.
2. Enforcement Status
At the time this notice was published, the judgments remained unpaid.
Since Dan Kaminski resides in New Jersey, the New York judgments were domesticated and recorded in New Jersey as statewide judgment liens.
The judgments were recorded under the following docket numbers:
DJ 010960 26, recorded on January 28, 2026.
DJ 011314 26, recorded on January 30, 2026.
Readers are encouraged to independently review the official court records to confirm the current status of the judgments and determine whether they have since been paid, stayed, appealed, modified, vacated, or otherwise resolved.
3. Enforcement Proceedings
Applicable legal procedures may permit judgment creditors to pursue lawful collection actions, including writs of execution and other remedies available under the relevant law.
Any enforcement action remains subject to applicable procedural requirements and, where necessary, court approval.
4. Publicly Available Family Information
For identification and due diligence purposes, publicly available information also refers to members of Dan Kaminski’s family.
There are allegations that certain assets may be held or registered under the names of family members, potentially limiting the assets available to satisfy court ordered judgments against Dan Kaminski. These allegations should be independently confirmed through appropriate public and legal records.
